Yvette and Nathan Schindler. Both have
studied under the tutelage of some of the best national and international
chefs including famous raw food chef, Chad Sarno,
in the art of raw food preparation, and they seek to share their knowledge,
intention and compassion with those who dine at The Present Moment Café. The Café serves as a venue and focal point
for the downtown Executive Chef, Yvette Schindler, notes that in her inner
sanctum lies her backbone. The
wonderful chefs in her kitchen, who pay acute attention to flavors,
freshness, detail, and presentation, infuse every meal with love and
gratitude. Chefs Andrew Hartigan, Natalie Yonan, and
Sandra Killion have received
extensive training by world renowned chef, Chad Sarno
and PMC’s own executive chef, Yvette
Schindler. Each is thoroughly educated
with the theory behind the health and environmental benefits of a raw lifestyle,
and the unique application of layering flavors. They are proud to work with only the
finest organic ingredients and enjoy coming up with new, innovative recipes
that delight the palate while nourishing both body and soul. Continually expressing their creativity
